Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long will it take to get my building delivered after I place an order?

A: Usually, 2- 4 weeks from the day the order is received

Q: What size do I need to pour my concrete slab?

A: let's say you want to pour the concrete for a 24' X 40' metal garage that's exactly what's the concrete needs to be

but if you are planning to put in an RV cover you can have your concrete made one foot bigger than the measurement See photo gallery for examples

Q: How do I know I'm getting the right size?

A: Normally the first measurement is the width then the length and finally the height and the measurement are from outside to outside for example a 24'X40'X12' The base is 24 by 40 the roof would be 25' by 41' since it has six inches of over gang all around and the height would be 12' on the side walls and around 15' at the peak of the building

Q: I have to have concrete to put up a metal building?

A: No, it does not have to be concrete we can install it on concrete asphalt gravel 

​

Q: My installation site has to be perfectly level?

A: It has to be as level as possible but in the worst case we can work with 3 to 4 inches of unlevel

​

Q: What is the bigger size I can have my metal building from you?

A: We make the following measurements from 18' to 60' wide from 20,25,30,35, etc. Standard measurements are five feet on center but can't be upgrade to four feet on center from 20' to any length you need and from 6 feet tall to 20'

 

Q: If I order one of your buildings, how do you anchor it to the ground to secure it?

A: We have three different types of anchors (1)-32 inches rebar anchor for ground and asphalt installation 

(2) double Helix Mobile home anchors for ground installation (3) concrete anchors for concrete installation

Q: Do I need a permit for my building?

A: Some areas may require building permits please check with your local city or county to see what is required for your area we require all the proper documents before the installation of restructure

​

Q: What's the standard roof pitch do you use on your metal buildings

A: The roof pitch we normally use is 3/12 pitch, but it can be upgraded to 4/12, 5/12 and 6/12 pitch the cost will vary
